An action/black comedy set in India 1998, about five young women who escape from the first female prison in Punjab and are chased throughout India...

Whist ducking and diving from the clutches of the police they turn into bandits/con artists who rob from the rich and give to the poor as and when they can. They manage to mingle with different walks of life, they visit places of beauty in India and even experience the life of luxury and they each fall in romantic involvement with some of the people they are forced to deceive. During their moments of stress the girls find solutions to their problems by rustling up a Punjabi meaty curry.
